Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions

These Pre-Sale Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of Pre-Sales (“Pre-Sale”) with Tiny Roots (“we”, “us”, or “Tiny Roots”) for our launch &  fall collections: Logan, Addisyn, Khaleesi, Elliott, Midnight, Plum, Ender, Bruce, Wednesday, Sanderson, Onyx, (“Products”). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Sale of any Tiny Roots Products. By submitting your Pre-Sale, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. 

1. PRE-SALE RESERVATION

When placing a Pre-Sale for Tiny Roots Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address, email, and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Tiny Roots shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. By placing your Pre-Sale, you understand that you can not modify or change any orders, For any questions regarding this, please contact hello@ourtinyroots.com

You acknowledge and agree that Tiny Roots may decline or delay Pre-Sale for any reason.

2. PAYMENT

You will be charged the full price of the Products when placing the Pre-Sale, no matter the payment method, including but not limited to Afterpay and Sezzle. Your placing of a Pre-Sale constitutes your express agreement to Tiny Roots of charging the full price of the Products at such time.

3. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Tiny Roots Pre-Sale for launch & fall will ship between 10/1/21 - 10/18/21

Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. In the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Tiny Roots will contact you via email with updated information. Tiny Roots is not obligated to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates for such delivery schedules.

4. RETURNS/CANCELLATION/ ORDER CHANGES

By purchasing from the Tiny Roots, you understand all items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged for any given reason, unless defective. For defective merchandise, please refer to our return policy here. Pre-Sale orders placed may not be cancelled or modified for any reason. By purchasing from our Pre-Sale, you understand that you may not modify or cancel your order, and agree to these terms. If delivery exceeds 30 days beyond the estimated delivery window, you may cancel your Pre-Sale by emailing hello@ourtinyroots.com

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Tiny Roots. The current Terms and Conditions of Sale can be found in the about of the Tiny Roots website (ourtinyroots.com) and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase of the product will be subject to these terms and conditions.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Tiny Roots shall not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by strikes or labor difficulties, lockouts, acts or omissions of any governmental authority, pandemic/stay-at-home executive order, insurrection, riot, war or similar hostility, fires, floods, Acts of God, breakdown of essential machinery, accidents, cargo or material shortages, delays in transportation, inability to obtain labor, materials or parts from usual sources or otherwise due to causes beyond our reasonable control. In the event of any such delay, performance will be postponed by a length of time as may be reasonably necessary.
