Do you accept returns?

We hope you love all your clothing from Tiny Revival Clothing Co., as much as we do! But we know things aren't always perfect. If you receive an item and are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return your item if the item is unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging, including tags and returned within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or store credit. Tiny Revival will gladly accept returns for a refund on purchases made through our website . If you purchased from a retailer, please contact them directly. Please review our refund policy for further information and rules. Please be aware, shipping to return an item is at the cost of the customer and a $8 restocking fee will apply, unless you wish to receive store credit instead of a refund and in that case the fee will be waived. If the product is defective in any way, please see our defective policy below for more details.

What items are non-refundable?

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items in sale/clearance section
  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Items sold on sale during a promotion
  • Pre-Sale/Pre- Order Items are FINAL SALE. Please refer to the Pre-Order Terms & Conditions section on our website.
Damaged items are an exception, please review the defective policy below.


We do not accept exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, please place a new order for that item and return back the original order for a refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. Please follow the refund policy to initiate this process. 


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items within 10 business days. 
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment(s).
  • Refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method(s) of payment within 10 business days.

Please allow 10 business days to process all returns. Once approved, you will be notified via email and the refund will be credited to your original form(s) of payment.

Damaged/Defective Policy

If you have any quality issues due to a manufacturer’s defect we are happy to offer an exchange for the exact item, if it is in stock. You will have 30 days from purchase date to initiate a return of the defective item, which must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging, including tags attached. Once the item has been received and deemed defective, we will issue the replacement or store credit if no longer in stock. You will not be charged a shipping/restocking fee for damaged items. Please contact to report a damaged or defective item.
