This page contains Tiny Revival Clothing Co., LLC terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions and policies carefully before ordering any Tiny Revival Clothing Co. product. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the information below.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are confirmed at checkout.
Please note that local charges may occur after checkout, especially for Canadian and overseas orders, where additional taxes and duties may apply. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Tiny Revival Clothing Co. currently offers free shipping to US orders over $100, to Canada over $200 USD. Please note that local charges may occur at customer’s expense, especially for Canadian orders, where additional duties and taxes may apply.

 

Tiny Revival Clothing Co. charges calculated shipping rates on all other orders.

 

Shipping Methods: We ship using USPS or USPS for domestic orders and Fedex for orders to Canada. International customers are responsible for paying all taxes and duties, should they occur when their local post office delivers the package.

Please allow for extended delivery times due to COVID-19. Canadian orders can be shipped via a consolidated shipment to our associates in Canada, then shipped to you via Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number that will become active when scanned by Canada Post. Keep in mind that international orders will take longer to receive than domestic shipping times.

 

Fulfillment Time: 

All orders in-stock and ready to ship will process within 3-5 business days from our warehouse (this does not include transit time with carrier). If you have any special shipping instructions or requests, be sure to email them immediately, along with your order number, to hello@tinyrevival.com.

Shipping During Sales/Launches: Purchases made during large releases and/or sales may take up to 2 weeks to be processed and packaged before shipment.

During sales, we are unable to change shipping addresses.
Items may be restocked or further marked down during the sale. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made before a restock or further markdown. Tiny Roots reserves the right to refund any purchase.

 

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled or changed once it’s been placed, especially on launch days.

 

Return Policy:

We hope you love all your clothing from Tiny Revival Clothing Co., as much as we do! But we know things aren't always perfect. If you receive an item and are unsatisfied, for any reason, you may return your item if the item is unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging, including tags and returned within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or store credit. There will be a $8 handling fee per item deducted from the amount returned to you, unless you wish to receive store credit instead of a refund and in that case the fee will be waived. If the product is defective in any way, please see our defective policy below for more details.

Damaged/Defective Policy: If you have any quality issues due to a manufacturer’s defect we are happy to offer an exchange for the exact item, if it is in stock. You will have 30 days from purchase date to initiate a return of the defective item, which must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging, including tags attached. Once the item has been received and deemed defective, we will issue the replacement or store credit if no longer in stock. You will not be charged a shipping/restocking fee for damaged items.

 

Please note: Returns can take up to 5-10 business days to process after arriving at our warehouse. We recommend you keep your tracking number for your return items in a safe place. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. Sale items include but are not limited to all items purchased at a discount more than 10%, clearance, treasure hunts, mystery boxes or any holiday sales. Once payment has processed these items are no longer eligible for cancellation, return, refund or exchange, unless defective. In the instance you receive a defective item you will be eligible for a refund for store credit only.

Tiny Revival Clothing Co. fabrics are 96% TENCEL Modal and 4% spandex. Tiny Revival Clothing Co. guarantees all products to be free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from the purchase date. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and does not include normal wear and tear, dye fading, fabric thinning, pilling, or damage to the material from outside forces. Please contact hello@tinyrevival.com if you believe you have received a defective product.

 

When washing any of your children’s clothes, think less is more. You want to use a detergent that doesn’t contain any fragrances, dyes, or other extras that can irritate your child’s sensitive skin. You also want to avoid anything that has optical brighteners. A nice, gentle cleaner is all that is needed, and please do not use bleach. A harsher detergent can leave residues that can cause irritation or strip the fabric’s softness. You can add white vinegar to the wash as a natural fabric softener.

This is the best way to wash your bamboo clothing:

Cold water

Delicate cycle

Turn off agitator if that is an option

With like fabrics (bamboo only)

Rompers should be washed inside out, zipped up to decrease pilling

Tiny Roots does not recommend using the dryer. We recommend hanging or laying flat to dry.

Tiny Roots is not responsible for damages that may occur during your wash routine and/or stain treatment. The use of chemical treatments, stain pens, tough scrubbing, etc. may weaken/discolor/damage the fabric and is not considered a manufacturer defect covered under our replacement warranty.

We are required by law to collect sales tax in certain states where we've reached "economic nexus" (meaning our revenue for that state has passed a certain threshold). Taxes are charged at checkout by our tax software according to your local retail tax laws. Calculation is based on the item(s) sold and the delivery zip. You may see multiple types of taxes charged on your order; these are based on your local retail tax laws. For more information, please review your local retail tax laws.

 

Tiny Revival Clothing Co. reserves the right to amend any information, including, but not limited to, prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.
