Shipping policy

PROCESSING

All orders of in-stock, ready to ship items, will process within one week of ordering. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has processed.


Purchases made during large releases and/or sales may take up to 2 weeks to be processed and packaged before shipment.

During sales, we are unable to change shipping addresses or make changes to your order. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Please see refund policy for more information on returns/exchanges.
 

SHIPPING

Standard - Continental U.S. and Canadian orders will deliver within 7-15 business days.

Expedited - Deliver in 2-3 days (only available for Continental U.S. and Canada.)

All orders will receive an email confirmation that includes tracking information once the package ships.
